A Six-Dog-Shoot

Here’s how to pull off a six-dog-shoot:

1. Get six very well-trained dogs
2. Get out of the way
3. Roll camera

Daytime Alabama

Wendy Garner of Daytime Alabama dropped by and we did a short segment on how to take better pics of your dog.

Hand in Paw superstar Ludo the Boston Terrier was our demo dog and his amazing mom/trainer/handler Andrea did a fabulous job.
I couldn’t have done this without them!

(And I’ve decided that I’ll never get used to being on the other side of ANY camera…)

Gabe and my new backdrop

So I got a few new studio backdrops and I needed to do a test run to make sure they’re a go.
Granddog Gabe agreed to a little modeling one afternoon – such a good boy and what a handsome model!
I also ran the shot through some new software to add an artistic flavor  - almost like an oil painting.    I think I like it.

Penny

It was hard to pick, but here are a few favorites from 8- week-old chocolate lab Penny’s session. What a cutie!!!
